Anna Maria Gregorini / Core Team

An author, translator and fluent in five languages, Anna Maria is based in Zurich, Switzerland. A former international sailor, participating in World- & European Championships and ISAF Junior World Championship, past Head of Elite Sport & Race Commission of Swiss Sailing, Anna Maria is currently a Consultant in International Media, PR and Event Management for major sailing events (including thirteen consecutive Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Races).

Giles B. Pearman / Core Team

Director at Quinag Sàrl in Switzerland, an international communications agency undertaking projects within sport and commerce. Previously a lawyer in the City of London acting for multinational corporations and high net-worth individuals, Giles has been deeply involved in the marine industry since 1993 and has been a highly-regarded consultant acting in all aspects of media relations and event management within the global yachting marketplace.

Daniel Forster / Core Team

Daniel has been a photographer and correspondent for international yachting and sports magazines for over 40 years. He has covered sailing at 11 Olympic Games - the 2016 Rio Games will be his twelfth - and 12 America's Cups. TIME magazine commissioned him for five months to cover the In 1986/87 Cup in Perth, Australia.  As an official photographer for many sailing campaigns and events, Daniel has captured the action and emotion at regattas and races all over the world including the Volvo Ocean Race, the Fastnet and the Sydney Hobart.

Victor Kovalenko / Core Team

Born in the Ukraine, Viktor holds a degree in Sport with special Diploma. A multiple national champion in sailing, he turned to coaching in 1984 where his record is exceptional: ten Olympic medals, six of them Gold, 15 World Champions, 10 European Champions, and winners at many other regattas worldwide. Since 2000, Viktor has been the head coach of Australian Sailing and Australian Institute of Sport in Sailing. He was named AIS Coach of the Year 2009 and 2010, and awarded the Order of Australia Medal in 2012. An Ambassador of Australia Day in 2013, he is also a Member of the Sport Australia Hall of Fame.
